Coaching focuses on goal achievement, accountability, and positive behavioral changes through collaborative partnership.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment: Due at time of booking (individual sessions) or as specified in your package agreement.
Cancellations: 24+ hours notice required or 50% fee applies.
No-shows: Full session fee charged.
Refunds: Package refunds calculated based on completed sessions at individual rates.
Your Responsibilities
Actively participate in the coaching process.
Complete agreed-upon actions between sessions.
Communicate honestly about your progress.
Seek appropriate medical/mental health treatment if needed.
Maintain your own physical and emotional well-being.
Confidentiality & Communication
All session information remains confidential except when required by law (imminent danger, suspected abuse, court orders). Session notes are kept secure and private.
Primary communication occurs during scheduled sessions.
Email support (if included in package) is for brief check-ins only, not crisis intervention.
Non-urgent messages will be answered within 48 hours on business days.

Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your commitment and various factors.
You are responsible for your decisions and actions.
Liability limited to amount paid for services.
Either party may terminate with written notice.
All coaching materials remain Dawn Ellis' intellectual property and are for your personal use only.
